Help traditional telephony/voice developers to leverage the APIs offered by telephony in the cloud companies such as Twilio, and 2600hz. Help the open-source communities such as FreeSwitch and Asterisk to further integrate into cloud computing. Help entrepreneurs to integrate voice, SMS, IM and other telephony services into their business model.
