i have a aa300 appliance with a digium te207p t1 card. this system has been up and running for almost a year but in the last four days we have experienced and number of dropped calls and alarms on the circuit. i called our provider and had someone come out to test the circuit but all he could find was a timing issue. i restarted the pbx and the timing synced up again but 15 minutes later the alarms started again. the configuration on the switchvox has not changed so i am assuming that it must be a hardware issue. the log shows a lot of the following errors
1 05/25/2009 8:58 AM NOTICE chan_zap.c: PRI got event: HDLC Bad FCS (8) on Primary D-channel of span 1 2 05/25/2009 8:58 AM NOTICE chan_zap.c: PRI got event: HDLC Abort (6) on Primary D-channel of span 1 i'm not sure if they are related to the alarms as we have always had the same errors and the log but they seem to be happening a lot more since this issue came up. the pbx is being used in a small call center environment and i would like to resolve it before we open tomorrow so if anyone has any suggestions, please chime in. |
